Open position for:
- Responsible for day-to-day project operations, coordinating the activities of company’s construction projects to ensure quality and schedules are met and costs are controlled.
- Prepare service contracts for proposed equipment, modifications or services and explain payment terms and expected start/completion dates.
- Purchase equipment and materials for service work and projects.
- Responsible for supervising and documenting project schedules, follow up on changing orders. Provide quality customer service and follow up with customers.
- Prepare, file, and follow up on project documentation including submittals, insurance certificates, notices.
- Prepare permit filing applications and coordinate permit inspections.
- Organize project contacts, emails, and other correspondence.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers and subcontractors and field employees.
- Develop accurate, and well written proposals for presentation to the client. Manage and track project changes and adjustments.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, business management, finance +1 yr. of job experience.
